It was good with a hands on simulation. Easier with something tangible like a factory, but finding it more difficult to transfer to an office environment where we currently have a lot of waste of various kind. One thing we often get met with here in the office is the statement “that is not my job” and I think it would be a very good reminder across the board as illustrated in the TED talk what our job is. It is something I would like to try and incorporate here as a reminder to everyone. It is the same notion that is highlighted in the book “The Goal”.  Lena - Trend
